1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)
  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method (or an alternative agreed method)

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items sent by us.


4. Replacement Policy

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • We will offer a replacement at no additional cost
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photos or video evidence may be required for verification

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
  • Organic Herb Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

7. Late or Missing Refunds
